Custom adjustable baseball hat

Adjustable hats with custom sublimation designs are available now! Pick your hat color and tell us what you'd like on it and we'll make it happen.

For sublimation designs, you'll want to select a lighter base color for the hat than the design you'd like to put on the hat. Sublimation is a transparent ink so the substrate needs to be a lighter color than the design of your choosing.

If you want to choose a dark color hat- consider adding a patch for your design. If you'd like your design on a patch, be sure to add a patch to the cart as well for $5.
